What this website does with what you send it.

This website collects information only when you choose to send it — your name, email address, optional organization name, the subject you select, and the message you write.

There is no account to create, no newsletter signup, and no field on this site that asks for payment details, identity documents or financial information.

We use what you send solely to reply to you and to respond to the inquiry you made. We do not sell it, rent it, trade it, or pass it to anyone outside the organization for their own purposes.

This site loads no third-party analytics, advertising or social media tracking scripts. There is no cookie banner because there are no tracking cookies to consent to.

Fonts are served from the site’s own domain rather than a third-party font host, so viewing a page does not announce your visit to anyone else.

Forms include a hidden field that people never see and automated submitters routinely fill in, a check on how quickly a form was completed, and a limit on how many messages can be sent from one connection in a short period. None of these identify you or track you between visits.

This website is written for adults — funders, partners, educators and supporters. It is not a service for children and it does not knowingly collect information from them. Any information about a young person who takes part in programming is handled under the organization’s programme policies, never through this website.

Inquiries are kept for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a record of the organization’s correspondence. You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted.
